We ship international

1.1. Shipping Guidelines

All shipments are handled through our standard shipping service, Post.ch.

Shipping costs include delivery and packaging fees.

1.2. Delivery Times

Standard delivery times:

Switzerland: 2–4 business days
International: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary if alternative arrangements have been made

2. Shipping Costs

2.1 Shipping Costs for Switzerland & Liechtenstein

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of the order.

Free shipping on orders over CHF 100.–.

2.2 Shipping Costs for international

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of the order.

Free shipping on orders over €200

2.3 Customs and Import Fees

We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Additional customs, VAT, or import fees may apply for orders outside of Switzerland. These costs are not included in the shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

2.4 Display of Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

2.5 Important Notes

P.O. Box Addresses: We cannot deliver to P.O. box addresses.
Shipping Provider: Orders are shipped via Swiss Post.
Saturday Delivery: Not available.

3. Returns

3.1 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase agreement and return the product for any reason within 30 days of delivery, provided that peeq is notified in writing within this period. Notification may be provided via email.

3.2 Notice of Withdrawal

To meet the 30-day deadline, the return must be shipped before the deadline expires and a notice of withdrawal must be submitted. This notice may be sent via email.

3.3 Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

The return is made at the customer’s risk.

3.4 Refund Policy

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund all payments, including shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Refunds may be delayed until the returned product has been received and inspected.

3.5 Condition of Returned Goods

Important Information

All orders are shipped from Switzerland on a DDU basis. Local customs duties or taxes may apply.
peeq reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Orders can only be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday). Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
